The Story:
After ten years of occupancy, this award winning facility was ready for an update. Blocking Plans, Test fits and lease negotiations determined American Home Mortgage was staying in place. This became an opportunity to not only to refurbish, but also to facilitate an organizational realignment to improve adjacencies and increase flexibility. The challenge would become managing construction and relocation in an operating facility.

Arris worked with AHM to develop finish options for refurbishment. Final selections were made by staff vote to boost morale and staff buy-in. Arris worked with AHM and the contractor to develop construction phasing that would align with move phasing. Arris developed move phasing, position tagging systems and other infrastructure to support the renovation and realignment process.
