The Story:
In creating a corporate headquarters for Barton|Cotton, the focus was on providing a fresh, modern identity. The design punch was concentrated in the Elevator Lobby, Reception, Conference Rooms, and Employee Lounge. A carpet grid pattern is the main design element, interrupted by a skewed oval to transition to less expensive finish materials. The general office space is simplistic in design, utilizing the systems furniture and bold colors to unite the spaces. Bamboo flooring, glass walls, metal and punchy color create a unified aesthetic.
