The Story:
Arris teamed with Erickson to design a new café environment to provide residents with a café, convenience store and ice cream parlor reflecting the historical environment and relating to the earlier life experiences of the residents. Arris worked to replicate existing historical detailing and design a store front that could provide an expansive opening during operational hours.
