The Story:
In developing the new regional office for Citigroup/Smith Barney, Arris, a Design Studio, Inc. collaborated with Citigroup’s national design group to incorporate newly developed program standards and interior finish package. For continuity, Citigroup/Smith Barney maintains a traditional presence within its national offices, therefore great attention to detail and design was sought after in the elevator lobbies, reception area, and conference rooms. Arris provided finish selection, permit and construction document packages for the phased build-out and represented the client during the construction phase.
