The Story:
Erickson Retirement Communities was ready to upgrade four floors of its Charlestown Renaissance Garden facility to better align with its new facilities and approach to elderly heathcare. Arris worked with the team to address the challenges of applying new construction standards to a renovation of existing space, blending new standards with some existing elements to remain, and improving the function of public and support spaces in an occupied facility. The results will be a fresh space that better supports the needs of the residents and the staff.
