The Story:
Arris has worked with Gables Residential, the Management Company, and the Owners, HOC of Montgomery County, on several of their properties going through extensive renovations. Arris began with the first project, designing only public spaces, after a successful relationship and a pleased client, Arris was contracted to design all of their upcoming renovations. Working with each projects Architects, Arris provided designs sensitive to each community’s architecture and existing conditions. Our design responsibilities expanded to include, public spaces, leasing offices/market centers, lobbies and fitness centers. Special attention was given to upgrading the image and marketability of the interiors of apartment units, reflecting contemporary and stylish finishes, kitchens, appliances and lighting.
