The Story:
The Building Owners of One South Street wanted to update the look and image of the typical multi-tenant Elevator Lobbies. Arris was tasked with creating a new look while working with existing architectural elements. Existing wall reveals were maintained, introducing new materials to break up the monolithic planes with wood and bronze. New veneer pilasters replaced existing to define the space and frame the tenant entries. Marble borders the carpet inserts to achieve a rich feeling without the expense.

Arris designers are very good listeners.  They were able to transform our thoughts and ideas about our lobby renovation project into a beautifully finished solution that reflects the high quality of our property - One South Street.  Their suggestions and creative design resulted in the highest quality finish palette and their implementation allowed us to deliver the project within our budget constraints. Our tenant’s are delighted with the results which is the ultimate compliment to their talents!
