The Story:
In order to compete with Class A Buildings, the Owners of One South Street decided to add amenities, such as a Fitness Center, to their building. Arris created a simple, budget-conscious Fitness Center, consistent with the feel and design of the building. Arris used a graphic carpet and capitalized on the view as design elements. New Locker Rooms with showers were created for tenant use as well.
