Pre-lease/Workletter Analysis
Pre-lease/Workletter Analysis is a factual comparison of
remodeling or relocation options. Clear data is analyzed on the
various characteristics of the buildings under consideration prior
to signing a lease. A thorough review and evaluation of the Tenant
Workletter and a Building Analysis, coupled with the Programming and
a Test-Fit, result in a Building Analysis Report, which, in
conjunction with each building’s lease proposal, form the basis on
which an educated and informed building selection can be made.
Benchmarking
Benchmarking allows companies to examine their overall internal
performance over time, across different parts of the organization,
and against similar companies in the industry. The process results
in hard numbers that can be used in making informed strategic decisions
related to corporate direction and budget expenditures.
Change Management
Change Management services are individualized to meet the specific
needs of each client, large or small, and their employee user groups
through a series of workshops, communication methods and focus
groups. Arris has consultants who have developed a method for

Move Management
Our Move Management consultant, Arrange Relocation Management,
assists clients in all aspects of planning, coordinating and
managing the execution of a physical relocation. This coordination
encompasses all aspects of the move such as, issuing RFP’s,
preparing coded furniture and equipment plans, coordinating vendors,
assigning move labels and instructions, scheduling move meetings,
managing the actual move, and conducting a post move-in walkthrough.
These services eliminate the need for a company employee to be
burdened with the numerous tasks of coordinating a move.
