The Story:
As a Defense Contractor, the facility needs of Raytheon are dynamic and fast track. Upon the initial award of a defense contract, Raytheon immediately leased an unoccupied spec office building from COPT and set forth to renovate it to meet their needs. Arris was brought on as a member of the team to assist in creating secure SCIF space and upgrading the building’s infrastructure with a new Computer Room. Arris also assisted in developing furniture and finish standards.

As contracts grow for Raytheon, Arris has continued to create additional SCIF suites and a large, secure meeting area with AV technology and pantry facilities. The lobby and rest rooms have been upgraded to align with the company’s global image. Due to solid initial planning, Arris is able to quickly react to Raytheon’s changing needs and support new business.
