The Story:
Spirent Communications plans to consolidate numerous facities totaling 175,000 rsf in approximately 2010. In the meantime, a lease renewal is necessary for a 75,000 square foot facility.

Arris worked with Spirent, the Engineer, the Broker, and Project Manager to develop plans and cost option for Scenarios including required infrastructure upgrades, cosmetic upgrades, and standards implementation . Tasks included updating documents, programming confirmation, and space plan development. Studies were also completed to show the increased building capacity if new standards were implemented. These Scenerios range from critical requirements to planning “wish lists”. These Scenerios are currently under review.
