The Story:
The Arris Team worked with T. Rowe Price in 2002, to design the relocation of their Tampa Facility while employed by another firm. T. Rowe Price, 3 years later has experienced unexpected growth, and came back to Arris for assistance with their expansion. Along with our Arris on-site Project Manager, the Arris Studio team worked with the T. Rowe Price Facilities Department to plan and design this 10,000 s.f. expansion to be consistent with the original design.

The design is predicated on keeping as much open space as possible, and capitalizing on views and light, and creating neighborhoods. Color is used in bold strokes to achieve a bright and inspiring atmosphere.
