Arris is a collaborative studio where architects and interior designers work side by side to develop thoughtful, innovative solutions for our clients. Our open environment is intentionally designed to foster teamwork and transparency. There are no private offices, allowing our Principals to stay closely engaged in the day-to-day challenges and opportunities of every project.

Beyond our project work, Arris is deeply committed to giving back to the community. We have been recognized multiple times by the Baltimore Business Journal as one of the region’s most generous corporate givers and have received the Mayor’s Recognition Award twice for our contributions to the Baltimore community.

We also invest in our people. Arris supports ongoing professional growth through an annual allowance for continuing education and promotes a family-friendly culture with flexible scheduling to support individual needs.
