Arris worked with RK&K’s management team to bring their multiple locations in Baltimore into one Headquarters’ facility. Arris assisted in the development of new Workplace Standards. Reflecting what it is that RK&K does as a national Civil Engineering firm has been woven into the design and architecture. This project received a NAIOP Award of Excellence for Best Interior Rehab in 2018.
